Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who can develop, plan, coordinate and execute overall digital marketing and account-based marketing strategies, including search engine and display advertising, PPC, corporate website optimization, social media, landing pages, account identification, and ABM tool selection. We want a team player to work closely with marketing, sales, and web development teams to ensure that digital, online, and ABM marketing strategies support business strategy.  

Essential responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO and paid search, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Align closely with sales and marketing teams to oversee planning and execution for account-based sales and marketing operations for all named accounts, including identifying and implementing account-based marketing solutions if appropriate
  • Map organizational decision-makers and identify key contacts within each named account using various data sources
  • Track leads through the pre-sale funnel and optimize channels based on performance and lead scoring
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience across a variety of campaigns
  • Evaluate and optimize end-to-end prospect experience across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Coordinate with offline marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and tracking
  • Develop and maintain a lead scoring program, programming, list management, testing, scheduling, tracking and reporting within CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Marketo)
  • Update and maintain website using SEO best practices
  • Create keywords, adwords, and other budget paid click campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Support PKWARE’s social media presence through tracking, analysis, and content strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing digital marketing programs, account-based marketing, social media, and/or digital advertising campaigns; ideally 3-5 years in enterprise B2B software
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics as well as pipeline, revenue influence, and ROI
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing; 1+ year of experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua or Hubspot
  • Experience in managing and optimizing landing pages, pre-sale funnels and lead scoring programs
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics
  • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Degree in marketing or a related field preferred
